Problem

The Promax community fosters a platform for relationship building by bringing together the top marketing and design teams to highlight exceptional talent across the entertainment industry. Promax awards shows and conferences serve as opportunities for content marketers to receive industry peer recognition and to set and elevate the standard for creative work within entertainment. 

Historically, Promax has taken a transactional approach in the way it has communicated with its audiences both via messaging and content. Social media engagement for Promax was low and there were brand voice inconsistencies across channels. 

Promax came to Regej & Company as it was looking for ways to soften its brand voice, boost engagement across social channels, and elevate the overall brand look and feel. The primary objective of the project was to help Promax build a more robust community of members and prospective members through design and content strategy efforts. 

The R&CO approach

Regej & Company worked collaboratively with Promax to understand and prioritize the organization’s brand values and help them establish an ownable point of view in the entertainment marketing space. Promax’s brand values and point of view were used as the foundation to create a thorough and comprehensive strategy around content that spanned owned, earned and paid channels. Using this strategy, newly defined messaging and creative guidelines, Regej & Company provided Promax with an elevated look and feel for all digital assets as they related to upcoming awards shows including: Europe, North America, Local, Latin America, Global Excellence and Spark Student. 

The result was a refreshed look and feel for the brand across channels, along with a content strategy that is now referenced within the organization as the highest standard for content and brand messaging execution.
